Hello, I’m Rochelle! As a birth doula, I offer guidance and support that centers your needs, your choices, and your innate wisdom as you birth your baby. I support home, birth center and hospital births, providing emotional and physical comfort throughout labor.

Birth Doula Support
Birth Fee: $1,600
- Two prenatal visits
- Continuous support during labor
- One postpartum follow-up visit

Prenatal Visits
We will meet twice before birth to talk through your wishes, needs, questions and birth preferences. This is a great time for us to get to know each other better and to lay the groundwork for a birth experience that feels supported and centered around you.
On-Call for Birth
I will be on call and available 24/7 for your birth, two weeks before and two weeks after your estimated due date.
Continuous Support
Once labor begins and you are ready for me, I will be with you every step of the way. I will stay with you until you are feeling settled after your birth, and am also available to assist with breastfeeding/chestfeeding at that time.
Postpartum Visit
We will meet again to check in and process your experience. This visit is a really sweet time to honor your birth journey, discuss any questions/referrals needed, and nurture your transition into parenthood.

I am always happy to share resources and referrals when you have questions and/or are in need of a service I do not offer throughout your pregnancy.
Advocacy
I am here to support your autonomy, wishes and needs, help facilitate communication with your care team, and ensure you feel safe and heard.

“As I went through the beautiful and difficult experience that is childbirth, I found myself with a lot of unforeseen situations in which I had no control whatsoever. One of the few things I was able to put my full trust in, was my doula, Rochelle. She was in constant communication, before, during and after, making sure she was fully informed of my preferences and needs.
As this was my first baby, there were a lot of areas and things I wasn’t aware of, decisions I had to make that I didn’t know about, and she made sure I knew all of them. During my labor, she always tried to my meet all my needs, she went far and beyond, from making sure I had a sip of water to spending the night next to me sleeping on the floor in case I needed something.
